Working Process
We tend to seek a 50% deposit up front due to the fragile and precarious nature of releasing and showing unique ideas prior to being paid. This is routine, and has unfortunately been born through necessity.
We can only secure a project into our schedule on receipt of the deposit. If there is any kind of delay at this point, other projects may take priority. This is not to pressure you in any way, it’s just so you know where you stand in terms of scheduling.
DISCUSSION
An initial discussion to clarify your requirements and share ideas. For a logo design and website development a questionnaire will be provided that will guide us in creating the proposals.
QUOTE
All projects will be cost estimated after receiving a detailed brief. Quote approval and 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of work. We offer a 10% discount if full payment is done upfront.
